While Enroute headquarters advised CPD was on scene with a working fire . C141 arrived reporting a 2 story row home middle of the row with fire showing from side alpha, command was passed to the next arriving officer. E141 crew deployed attack lines and made an aggressive attack on the fire on division 1 on the exterior and interior. The crew then made it to the second floor finding a moderate smoke condition . The attic access was found and crews pushed up finding the attic well off. Fire attack reported fire in the Bravo & Delta exposures. Crews worked on opening up the knee walls and extinguishing the remaining fire while Truck 36 and Co 34 opened the roof . All searches deemed negative upon the primary and secondary’s being complete. Crews from 41,45,38,36,39,33,34,46 & 47 all operated on the fire for roughly 4 hours. Thank you to Carlisle Fire Police for operating in the frigid temperatures overnight to ensure our crews safety!
