Union Fire Company members want to congratulate Chief Brian Hamilton on his retirement as Fire Chief. Chief Hamilton joined the Union Fire Company in 1988 and has worked his way up the ranks since then. In 2013 Brian took on the role as Fire Chief and has been serving that position since. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication over the years to help shape the Union into what it is today. Chief Hamilton plans to stay active with the department serving on several committees, part time driving and finally enjoying the back step! Knowledge and determination such as Brian’s is not easy to find and words cannot describe our appreciation for him! Enjoy your free time tearing up the trails in Potter County on the Razor!

Deputy Chief Matthew Hinken has taken over the Fire Chiefs role as of January 1, 2025.
