Those that knew Joe Bishop were greatly impacted by his service, dedication and love for not only the fire service , but the Carlisle community . Union had the honor of attending events and sending Joe off the right way. While we are all deeply saddened by the loss of a local legend, we are all lucky to have known him. His memory will live on for years to come in Carlisle . Our condolences go out to the bishop family during their time of mourning .
